Cassettes
For a cross setup a cassette with a largest cog anywhere from 25 to 27 teeth is typically used. Any smaller than 25 and you are probablly not going to have low enough gearing. Any bigger than a 27 or 28 cog and you will need a mountain bike rear derailleur. At that point you should probablly be running anyway, it's faster. Included here are Shimano/SRAM freehub compatible cassettes in 9 and 10 speeds. We don't discriminate though, if you run Campy or need different speeds feel free to check out our full selection of Cassettes.
