Ski Race
I had my first ski race on friday at Sunday River. We raced a GS down Monday Mourning. The snow was fantastic while my first run was less than desirable due to a crash. I brought it together on my second run with a third fastest run and a tenth place overall finish. The conditions this year have not been ideal for skiing with little to no snow on the grounds. We have had to cancel one race and postpone another. This week I will be racing at Kents Hill and Shawnee Peak.
With the ski season just beginning to start up, I received a work out plan from my coach Beau to begin biking five days a week concentrating on single leg work and building a base. I am excited to start biking and look forward to the mountain bike season which is just around the corner.
