I like a firmer tape, like the old Scott "Grip Wrap", so I gave this a try. I had trouble getting it installed... since it isn't very stretchy, it's hard to make the tape go around the bends of the drops without gapping. Also if you stretch it too hard it tears. Once it's on though, it's grippy, comfortable, and durable.

Very cool bar tape. I was a die hard Cinelli cork user until I tried the goma tape. Weird stuff, it starts out pretty grippy (a good thing) and when your hands get sweaty or it rains the stuff just gets even more grippy. I'm going to throw some on the cross rig this year for sure. For the money, you can't beat it. I'm done with cork.
