Cycle-Smart Solutions for CyclocrossCyclo-Cross is a sport of technical transitions. Solutions for Cyclo-Cross covers the 4 Crucial elements of every transition, mounting, dismounting, lifting and carrying. Adam Hodges Myerson along with Johannes Huseby describe and demonstrate many possible alternatives to each technique, allowing you to chose how to most comfortably and efficiently approach the transitions.

Solutions for Cyclo-Cross is an instructional video for the beginner, intermediate and advanced crosser with technical information that even the most seasoned racer can gain from. The smallest details that can mean the difference between flowing and falling over the barriers are explained and demonstrated. I will now and forever more unclip my left pedal first.

The video breaks down each segment of the transition with excellent descriptions, demonstrations and race footage to back it up. Adam gives you several options to choose from allowing you to pick one that is most comfortable for you. After looking in detail at each section the video pulls it all together and puts you on the course to choose how to attack a transition.

A must have for anyone interested in or serious about cyclo-cross. A great effort, the only thing keeping it for a perfect score of 5-Bikeman's was some small sound degradation, really not a problem. The second and third times viewing the video I didn't even notice the volume rising and lowering slightly.

Bravo! Maybe a sequel on race strategies, equipment and preparation. You can never have to many cyclo-cross DVD's.
