A good welcome back for the Name that TOOL contest. Here is the winning answer and runners up. Remember that a tie breaker in all Bikeman's contests is originality and depth of information.
WINNER: Peter Hanchak, "That tool looks like a Lockring Wrench from Paul Component Engineering. The body is made of aluminum and there are two reversable, replaceable stainless steel teeth to enguage with the lockring. Very Cool Tool!"
RUNNER UP: Dave Popdan, "That's a Paul lock ring wrench. used to tighten lock rings on track hubs. please, let me know where and when to pick up my prize and I'll be there." ...Not so fast my friend.
RUNNER UP: Ethan McGraw, "That tool is a lock ring wrench made by Paul Component Engineering."
