Climb aboard this rollercoaster ride centered around the complex lives and emotions of eight Olympic hopefulls fighting for 3 Olympic spots. A professional documentary deserving of the big screen, Off Road to Athens delivers more than we have come to expect from a mountain bike film.
It entertains with a look deeper inside the athletes lives, emotions and the enourmous pressure of making their dream a reality. The film drives home that being a professional cyclist is not just about riding your bike.
Producer Ken Bell puts you on the course and inside the mindset of these Elite Athletes. The cross-country race action and powerfull original soundtrack are the best a mountain bike film has ever seen. Far surpassing it's predecesor, Full Metal Status, (a film about the struggle to make the 1996 Olympic mountain bike team.)
Bikeman highly recommends this movie to cyclist and noncyclist alike. A story that will certainly roll you off the coach and into the saddle. Complete video details inside the link below.
