Lets see.... a hub that is as much as some people pay for rent, mortgage, a new bike(the whole thing). I must say I have one. I got it while Chris King sponsored me. Many moons ago. So I got it cheap. If $200 is cheap. I bought into the hype. Now enough ranting. It is a good hub, probably one of the lightest. It sounds cool. I do have issues(I hate it when people say "issues") though.
It worked great for months, maybe 7 or 8 then I got this awful noise. I thought the it was the cranks or bottom bracket. It turned out to be the hub. I took it to a mechanic and he says he can work on it. Fifty bucks and 2 weeeks later I got my hub back. It works fine now. I have a friend that has taken his in also. I do not think that a hub that costs this much should have to be taken to the shop so often. Bottom line it is not worth the money. I must say the Chris King front hubs are a different story.
