NEMBA Fest at Wompy Sunday, June 11th, 2006 Wompatuck State Park, Hingham, MA
Bikeman, Carver Bikes & Salsa Cycles at NEMBA Fest!
June 11th, 2006 Bikeman.com will be taking part in NEMBA Fest at Wompy exhibiting Carver Bikes in the vendor area. This is a great opportunity to check out the soon to be legendary Carver 96'er and even take one out for a spin. Our pals from Salsa Cycles will also be there with their demo bikes. You could saddle up on the Moto Rapido, El Santo, Dos Niner or if you are lucky maybe even the new El Mariachi 29'er SS. If that isn't enough bike fix for you, Kona will be there with demo bikes as well.

From the official NEMBA website:
"NEMBA is a recreational trails advocacy organization. Our mission, which we've chosen to take, is to ride on the best trails that the world has to offer. Luckily, most all of them are in New England, so we don't have to travel far. We dedicate ourselves to taking care of the places that we ride, preserving open space, and educating the mountain bike community about the importance of responsible riding.
NEMBA's Premier Riding Event of the Year! The festival will feature mountain bike rides for all ages and abilities, a bicycle vendor area, a Bike Swap Zone, music and food. NEMBA encourages attendees to collect as many donations from friends, family, and colleagues as possible. There is a minimum $15 donation for adults to register, $5 per child. The event begins at 9am at Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, Massachusetts. The festival will feature great riding, lots of industry vendors and bike demos, a bike swap to buy and sell used stuff, food, music, and more!"
