If light weight is what is most important to you this is a good alternative. Out of the box the saddle also looks very nice! The carbon highlights will match your other carbon components well. My only beef was with the comfort. Not the worst I have been on but pretty close. But hey you shouldn't expect something that looks this good and is this light to be comfortabe too! A decent saddle just don't plan on doing a century on it unless you are....lets say....tough!
