The weather down south has finally gotten cool enough to try out some of this stuff. I put some on my knees and calves before a brisk 45 degree ride this weekend. At first I didn't feel anything but gradually I felt a warming effect. Kind of different and I must say pleasant. After 55 miles I could still feel it.
