Of course it comes with a hefty price tag so not everyone can justify dropping the coin to see how precise and comfortable a rigid carbon fork can be. Well, now you can come a lot closer. Brand new to the market, a 29'er carbon rigid fork that a regular guy can afford. Origin 8 has just released their Black Ops 29'er Rigid Carbon Fork and we have 'em.
 | | Crown | They offer both a Disc/Canti version for maximum versatility and a Disc Only version for the ultimate streamlined look. A starting price of $229.95 for the Disc Only version, over $100 less than the Pace RC29, makes this fork a steal.
 | | Dropouts | Gloss black crown and dropouts along with clearcoat over the carbon weave on the legs give it a super stealth look that is worthy of it's "Black Ops" moniker.
 | | Canti Posts | The fork features carbon legs with an alloy crown and fork ends. 1-1/8" x 300mm alloy steerer includes top cap compression device. Axle to crown is 465mm. Manufacturer's listed uncut weight of Disc/Canti version is 770g, Disc Only version 720g.
