Product Warranties 
Most of the products we sell come with a warranty from the manufacturer that produces the item. If you have a product in need of warranty attention, please contact the manufacturer directly for their warranty process. Your best bet it to try their website, most are in the format of www.MANUFACTURESNAME.com, for example, Chris King is www.chrisking.com.

If you can not find the contact info for the manufacturer, you can email us and we will send it to you. Please note that this may take up to one full week, so you are better off looking first! The manufacturer will generally be able to process your request quicker than we would as a middle man. In some cases a manufacturer will tell you to contact the dealer you purchased the item from. In this case give us a call at 1-800-BIKEMAN. No Packages will be accepted with out prior authorization.

Please include the following information: · Your Name · Order Number - Product in Question · Date Purchased · A Detailed Description of the Problem · Any other information .
 
Returns Policy
Bikeman wants to make you as comfortable with purchasing products on the web as we can. That is why we have a 30 day return policy on any new and unused product from our catalog store. If you would like to start a return call us and we will provide you with an RMA # and arrange to make an exchange or refund your money. While we don't normally have to we do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any return.

All returns must have an RMA # clearly printed on the outside of the box. They must also be accompanied by a copy of your invoice with the RMA # printed on the top of the invoice. Any unknown packages received without an RMA # printed on the box will be refused. Please call ahead to get your RMA #.

All returns must comply with our 30 day limit. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% per 30 days and or refuse the return of a product thatis over the 30 day limit. For Example: an item 31 days old will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items 61 days old will be subject to a 40% restocking fee and so on. Items over 150 days old will not be accepted. We will not take any return on an item that has been installed or used. If you return a used or installed item it will be returned to you at your own cost.

We will refund you the full purchase price of any product returned following the guidelines outlined on this page. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part. You are responsible for shipping charges for sending back all products. If you are asked to ship an item back that was incorrect, we will refund your shipping apon receipt of the item.

To make sure the return is handled in a timely manner please have your order number ready and call 1-800-BIKEMAN to receive a Return Authorization #. Please do not e-mail about return requests.
