Team Bikeman -
The pack was one long line with people getting dropped from the start. Two guys went right on the attack when we got over the first hill. Good spot for an attack. The rest of us got together and reeled them back in. A short time after that and alittle recovery the same 2 guys went out again and one broke off and let the other rider go. This rider didn't think he could go it alone all the the way to the finish with the way the wind was blowing. We stayed with in sight of him most of the race. He built a lead of approx. 15sec. This was enough to win this race. My hat is off to that cyclist. A job well done!
Description of race course: One small little hill right of the start/finish line. Then pretty much flat with little rollers here and there. The sponsors of this race will be doing it again next year as a fund raiser for University of Maine, Orono.Chris Brewer
