Today, the group split up. 4 went up to the Blue Ridge Parkway and did a meandering rolling smooth lovely free of potholes and frostheaves ride. The other group did a 46 mile ride called the "bat cave" that inclued over a half hour of climbing and a screaming 8-mile descent.
For dinner, the cool kids cabin (AKA bent creek cabin) had the blue ridge cabin over for dinner which consisted of salad, garlic-cheese bread, roasted potatos and grilled pork loin. Followed by chocolate covered strawberries and a game of balderdash. Apres dinner we were visited by a dog that we think knew how to open doors, because the door was definaly closed.
Tomorrow, we looking to ride the Pisgah mountain bike trails for a few hours. Life is good, no need to worry for us.
