Most of the products we sell come with a warranty from the manufacturer that produces the item. If you have a product in need of warranty attention, please contact the manufacturer directly for their warranty process. Your best bet it to try their website, most are in the format of www.MANUFACTURESNAME.com, for example, Thule is www.thule.com.
If you cannot find the contact info for the manufacturer, you can email us and we will send it to you. Please note that this may take up to one full week, so you are better off looking first! The manufacturer will generally be able to process your request quicker than we would as a middle man.
Please call ahead or e-mail for a warranty Return Authorization number. We will inspect the part, and, if deemed warranty, replace or repair it at our expense, and return it promptly, postage paid. The cost of shipping the part to us is your responsibility. Please be sure to use a traceable parcel service like Fedex, UPS or USPS Priority. If you are in a hurry, just let us know, and we can apply the ground portion of the shipping, and charge just the difference for expedited delivery. Occasionally we will not be able to replace or repair to the exact specification. If that occurs, we will be sure to honor the warranty with an equivalent or better part.
Length of warranty period and qualifying items vary by manufacturer and product but all manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace a valid warranty item at their discretion. They will not, nor can we, refund you the purchase price or make an exchange for a different item.
