Berkshire Backroads Gravel Grinder

Early April and the B2G2 was on after a Covid hiatus. This was my first entry into any organized event since NOHO 2019. Not a race, but a gravel ride in Western, MA. Warm day and rolling hills were on the menu. Thirty-nine miles and 3789' feet of climbing. This was mainly gravel with many road sections. I rode with several riders in a paceline but wound up solo for a good chunk of the ride. Clearly many entered as a training ride for things to come. A road bike could have handled this ride.
