Spooky Cross-it's Weekend aptly named. We return to Lake Casitas outside of the town of Ojai. The remote section of the camping and boating portions, has been our course destination for the last half dozen years. The berms again required attention, soft off camber was everywhere. A number of short, punchy combo's became problematic when the course reversed direction on day two. The fast start, the loop thru the campground, in and around the announcers, and barriers. The sun was hot. Bikeman.com provided the kit and the tools for geared and single speed races.
