Have you ever heard of a bike lift?

No, not a ski lift, a bike lift . Apparently they have these things in Norway to help folks get up steep hills. If this is out there just imagine what other cool things must be hiding out there? I really need to go to Europe...maybe bikeman's own world traveler, Joel Woodman Dexter, would be willing to show me around.

Trondheim
written by Sam, November 16, 2008
This hill is in Trondheim and it's wicked steep! The photo doesn't do it justice. I found myself there once on a beach cruiser bike borrowed from my hotel. The coater brake hub was practically on fire after my descent! Trondheim has about the population of Portland (ME), except 26,000 people ride bikes! Lots of mountain/hybrid bikes and fit, friendly people.
