Warranty Policy

Most of the products we sell come with a warranty from the manufacturer that produces the item. Length of warranty period and qualifying items vary by manufacturer and product, all manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace a valid warranty item at their discretion. They will not, nor will we, refund you the purchase price or make an exchange for a different item.

If you have a product in need of warranty evaluation, please contact the manufacturer directly first for their warranty process. Your best bet it to try their website, most are in the format of If you cannot find the contact info for the manufacturer, you can contact us and we will attempt to locate it to you. Please note that this may take up to one full week.

If the manufacturer handles warranty direct with consumers they will generally be able to process your request quicker than we would as a middle man. If the manufacturer will only handle warranty through a dealer, please contact us for a warranty RMA #. Upon receipt we will inspect the part and if in our opinion is a valid warranty issue we will contact the manufacturer for warranty evaluation. The cost of shipping the part to us is your responsibility. Please be sure to use a trackable shipping service, Bikeman is not responsible for items lost in transit.
