Bikeman wants to make you as comfortable with purchasing products on the web as we can. That is why we have a 30 day return policy on any new and unused product from our store. This does not apply to items that have failed during use; those are covered by our Warranty Policy. This also does not apply to items damaged in shipment. If something is damaged in shipment you need to contact us immediately upon receipt to initiate a claim with the carrier.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to start a return, contact us. We will provide you an RMA # and arrange to make an exchange or refund. While we don’t normally have to, we do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any return. We will not take any return on an item that has been installed or used. If you return a used or installed item we will keep it unless you request to have it returned at your own cost.
All returns must have an RMA # clearly printed on the outside of the box. They must also be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice with the RMA # printed on the top of the invoice. Unknown packages received without an RMA # printed on the box may be refused. We will refund the full purchase price of any product returned following the guidelines outlined on this page. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part. You are responsible for shipping charges for sending back all products. If you are asked to ship an item back that was an incorrect item, we will refund your shipping upon receipt of the item or send you a shipping label to return the product.
If you are returning an item that was shipped to you via Free Standard Shipping your refund will be reduced by our cost to ship the item to you unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part.
To make sure the return is handled in a timely manner please have your order number ready and contact us to receive an RMA #.
