Fat to Fit
Welcome to the Fat to Fit Journal, Bikeman's first Reality Blog.  Here you can follow the daily progress of an overweight former Team BIKEMAN rider in his quest for fitness.  Journal entries will focus on training but will also include daily notes from the Bikeman showroom-offices, on the spot product reviews and much more.  Complications that come with balancing a wonderful family life, 60-hour a week workload, and a training plan are sure to arise.  Will he see the results of his work or will it be to much to handle.  Only time will tell.
