FAVORITE TRAIL OR RIDE: I tend to like fast and twisty trails, I don't think I have a favorite.

PERSONAL NOTES & QUOTES: I ride because. it mellows me out, it breaks up my day (making it a bit more manageable), endorphins ,helps me sleep better, keeps me from getting fat and depressed. I race because of the social aspect, it helps my self esteem and it makes me feel like i accomplished something that particular weekend.
