2008 RACING AGE: 28
RESIDENCE: Hudson, NH
WHERE I GO MONDAY MORNING: I go to the gym to rip the muscles and have them come back ten-fold.
RACING DISCIPLINE(S) AND CATEGORY(S): Pro MTB, Cat 3 road.
# OF YEARS RACING: 12, however most of those years I only did one or two races.
# OF BIKES OWNED: 2; a Ti Carver 96er for a mountain bike and the other is a Douglas road bike
FAVORITE BIKE: The carver 96er, it has made riding so much more fun. I rarely ever ride my road bike anymore.
FAVORITE TRAIL OR RIDE: I enjoy riding many of the trails in Durango CO and the NORBA NOVA course in fountain hills AZ. fast and twisty is what I like.
NON-CYCLING INTERESTS/HOBBIES: I spend a lot of time Painting, (MikeJoos.com), at the gym, visiting art galleries/museums.
PERSONAL NOTES & QUOTES: I mountain bike because it is fun and it makes me feel good (endorphins probably) and it also helps me sleep better.
I have enjoyed riding for Bikeman during the 2007 season; everyone on the team I've interacted with has been friendly and supportive. I hope the 2008 season will be just as fun.
