I got a really good deal on a pair of these but it was a terrible mistake. Don't throw your money away unless you ride less than 5 miles/month. Although it's hard to find 27" tires, you can do better than these.
I got them for my beater bike that I use to get around town maybe 10-15 miles/week. Not a lot of mileage, but after three rides, I was unhappy with my bike and blame it on these tires. My ride felt sluggish, sloppy, slippery, and cheap. I ended up getting a pair of low-end conti's from my LBS for $16/each, what an improvement! **
