WHERE I GO MONDAY MORNING: To my classroom to teach Spanish or Latin.
RACING DISCIPLINE(S) AND CATEGORY(S): Expert/Endurance MTB, Cat 3 cross.
# OF YEARS RACING: 5
# OF BIKES OWNED: A lot. I have owned a Rockhopper, a GF rig, a 1FG, and a full sus Jamis. Right now, I own a Soma Juice single speed, a Moots mooto-x 29er, a Cdale road bike, a cross bike and a old trek converted to a fixed gear for “adventure riding.”
FAVORITE BIKE: My mooto-x, an early 30th b-day present from my wife (she really likes me).
FAVORITE TRAIL OR RIDE: The last one I rode.
NON-CYCLING INTERESTS/HOBBIES: Skiing, running, reading and travelling.
PERSONAL NOTES & QUOTES: I started really riding bikes a few years ago, and I have yet to find a summer activity that is as fun and has connected me with so many interesting people. Whether coaching my school team, or working with young kids at camp, riding a bike has connected me to so many people and helped me see things from a very different perspective. So, get out and ride!
