Watch your head!
You might run into that 1955 Elgin Bluebird hanging from the rafters. Yes, it's true. The boss never throws anything away. It just magically vanishes from the shop and ends up here. If you've given up hope of finding that low gear pawl for a Hercules three speed, drop Davis an email davis@bikeman.com. If we can't find it for you, well, uh, we can't find it for you.

Bikeman's Museum

Do you remember slapping a Fat City bandage over some rock rash or how about hearing a Tioga Disc Drive rolling down the trail. Bikeman still has found memories of the years and parts gone by. In the museum you will find collectibles, components, memorabilia and maybe somethings you totally forgot about. So tighten down those toe straps and come on in.

1995 Ritchey Catalog
Light Beam, Crazy Pete, Everest, and the Comp Shocker are not the first model names that come to mind when I think of Ritchey bicycles.  In 1995 Ritchey offered 10 framesets including the legendary "P" series frames (P20, P21, P23) and the popular Road Logic and Road Classic.  While Ritchey continued to produce frames in future years, 1995 was the last year for several models and marked a transition in the company towords component development.

It wasn't just Ritchey that was evolving, in 1995 the entire mountain bike industry was adapting to new market demands.  With the Olympics on the horizon companies where ramping up development of light weight parts and frames.  While steel frames (bikes) remained a popular choice among seasoned riders, new riders and racers, looking for the lightest parts and frames, sought out aluminum and other exotic materials.  Front suspension was becoming the norm and full suspension designs where appearing in most major manufacturers lines.  Through all of this Ritchey remained devoted to steel and in 1995 produced one of their most complete lines of frames.
