So Cal Cross #6 and #7
by Roger Jorgensen • November 20, 2018
Missed the previous weekend due to the Woolsey Fire which captured the attention of some 200,000 individuals. The Moreno Valley has become a favorite event location. Course designer changed it up from last year. The massive railroad ties run up led to a much gentler descent in soft stuff. The whoops is a returning element, as are all the tight, soft turns in the well worn groove. A set of barriers, and a massive sandpit rounded out the lengthy course. I am proud to have finished on the same lap as race winner. A shout out to Bikeman.com for the continued support and excellent product lines.
